Terms of service

1. Who we are

SnoutDesk is a service of [Bedrijfsnaam], located at [Adres, postcode, plaats], registered under number [KvK-nummer]. You can reach us at administratie@alp-ict.com.

2. The service

SnoutDesk is online software for dog boarding and grooming businesses to manage bookings, intake, vaccinations, payments and customer communication. We provide the software as available at any given time and may improve or change features.

3. Trial and subscription

After creating an account you can use the service free of charge for 30 days. After that you choose a plan. Subscriptions run per month or per chosen period and are invoiced in advance. You can cancel at the end of the current period.

4. Payment

Invoices are payable within 14 days. In case of late payment we may suspend access to the dashboard and your booking page until payment is received. Your data is kept during that time.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your prices, capacity and information, for your agreements with your customers and for complying with rules that apply to your business, such as permits and registrations. Keep your login details secret.

6. Your customers' data

For the data of owners and dogs you are the controller and we are the processor. The arrangements are set out in the data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms.

7. AI assistant

The AI assistant answers questions based on information you enter. Answers are generated automatically and may contain errors. You can switch the assistant off at any time.

8. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available and make daily backups, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to direct damage and to no more than the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

9. Termination

After cancellation you can request an export of your data up to 30 days after the end of your subscription. After that we delete your data, unless we are legally required to keep it longer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where we are established.
